What If...Why We Play Tabletop Sports Games

As my time and experience with tabletop sports games has grown over the years, I've found that for myself, the one thing that keeps pulling me back to the table and rolling the dice (or flipping the cards) is to find out the answer to "What If?"

Of course what if can take many forms:

-what if Pedro Martinez faced Babe Ruth?

-what if Bill Walton's feet don't give out on him in Portland?

-what if Tom Brady hadn't been injured on the first game of the 2008 season?

-what if George Foreman got his rematch with Ali?

This last what if is the impedes for my latest Under the Hood video; what if Foreman had been able to get a rematch with Ali to try to win back his boxing championship? Their epic "Rumble in the Jungle" is still considered one of the best fights in the history of the sport that unfortunately never got a sequel.

With the latest release of Title Bout, Title Bout II from designer Jim Trunzo, published by Straight Jab Media, I'm going to answer this what if and see if "The Greatest" can retain his title or if "Big" George Foreman will be able to take back the heavyweight title.
